Nationwide Generators has been selling Generators and Pressure Washers online for over 8 years. Our parent company is Amperage Electrical Supply, Inc. Amperage is one of the largest Electrical wholesalers within the greater Chicago-Suburban marketplace. We have 26+ trucks delivering electrical supplies and one of the largest Will Call counters in the area. Amperage is also Chicago-lands largest Generac Wholesaler for residential and light commercial generators. We have represented Generac for over 25yrs., providing technical support, installation training and also visit jobsites with customers when necessary. In 2014, we decided to form Nationwide Generators to utilize our extensive generator knowledge and experience online, to guide customers through their generator purchases across the USA.
In the last 8yrs, Nationwide Generators has learned about the serious challenges customers face across our country. Seasonal storms have been the major contributor compromising the electrical grid, leaving thousands of homes without power. Florida's tropical storms / Hurricanes have usually traveled North causing outages along the eastern coastal states. Central states gain attention during April, May and June when Tornado season hits and threatens to shut down power grids.
